Refund Policy

14-day refund window

If you purchased a product by mistake, or the software has a material defect that prevents it from functioning as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@alexkphd.com with:

• Your order number or receipt email
• A brief description of the issue

Refund requests are reviewed on a best-effort basis and typically processed within 5 business days.

What qualifies

• Mistaken or duplicate purchase
• Material non-functionality (the software cannot be installed or does not produce the described output when used as documented)

What does not qualify

• Change of mind after download and successful use
• Incompatibility with environments not listed in the documentation
• Requests made after the 14-day window

Process

Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) back to the original payment method. License keys associated with refunded orders may be deactivated.
