These terms apply to all products and services sold through alexkphd.com, including the iosq CLI and any future downloadable developer tooling software.
Downloadable developer tooling software (offline, local-only CLI utilities) for upgrade/migration planning and validation. Digital delivery. Email support. No telemetry.
Each purchase grants a license key permitting use on up to 3 device activations. The license is per-user, non-transferable, and for commercial or personal use. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software or its outputs as a competing product.
Products are delivered digitally via download link provided at checkout (through Lemon Squeezy). No physical goods are shipped.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
Email support is available at support@alexkphd.com. Support covers installation issues, usage questions, and bug reports related to the documented functionality. Response times are best-effort.
Each purchase includes the version available at the time of purchase. Future versions may be published as new file versions under the same product. Access to future versions is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. It produces planning artifacts (decision contracts) intended to support human review and decision-making. It does not execute migrations, modify production systems, or guarantee any particular outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. In no event shall the seller be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
